This policy describes how Dalexa Limited, operating Remove My Personal Info, handles information submitted through removemypersonalinfo.com.

Information we collect

For an assessment, we collect your name, email, US state, exposure category and any public link or context you provide. We also keep consent, case correspondence and the minimum evidence needed to assess and deliver your service. Do not submit passwords, identity documents, payment card details or information about unrelated people.

How we use it

We use your information to assess your request, respond, agree on a scope, perform authorized removal work and keep service records. We obtain separate authorization before contacting websites on your behalf. We do not sell your information or use assessment details to build advertising audiences.

Service providers

Our website uses Cloudflare, our application hosting, Amazon Web Services for transactional email and our self-hosted Chatwoot support system. Relevant providers process information to deliver these services. Support is handled by authorized staff; providers and staff may process data outside your state or country.

Measurement and choices

We count page views and form interactions without visitor IDs, contact details, exposure links, IP addresses or free-text search terms in those counts. Coarse source categories can be attached to assessments. Choose Essential only in measurement preferences to stop these counters. Your preference is saved in this browser. Security systems process network information to protect against abuse.

Retention

Unconverted assessment details are scheduled for deletion after 90 days. Closed service-case details are retained for up to 12 months for follow-up and disputes, unless an active case, dispute or legal obligation requires longer. Financial records are kept as required for accounting. Backup copies expire on their normal retention schedule.

Your requests

Email [email protected] to request access, correction or deletion, or ask about our processing. We may need proportionate verification before responding. The initial service is intended for adults requesting help with their own information.
