Remove My Personal Info is a service of Dalexa Limited. These terms cover the website and assessment. Your written cleanup plan sets the scope and fees for any paid work.

Free assessment

We review your request and respond within one business day. An assessment does not authorize us to submit removal requests on your behalf. You must be an adult requesting help with your own information and provide accurate details.

Your cleanup plan and payment

The one-time cleanup package is $249 for an agreed set of outcomes. We identify the pages, the type of removal, each outcome's allocated fee, verification method and follow-up period before you authorize work. Fees for completed outcomes add up to the agreed package price. You pay only for verified completed outcomes; unsuccessful outcomes carry no fee. No subscription is required.

What counts as a result

Removal from a source website and removal from Google Search are different outcomes. Your quote names the outcome being purchased. A submitted request or a site's acknowledgment alone does not count as independently verified removal. We document the checks supporting a completed outcome.

Timing and follow-up

The service includes a 30-day follow-up window. This does not guarantee every website will respond or remove information within 30 days. We explain the status and next steps for pending requests. Information may later reappear; permanent removal is not promised.

Customer participation

Some websites require direct email or identity confirmation. We guide you through necessary steps and ask you to complete them with the website. We do not need your passwords. We may decline work outside the supported scope or where authority cannot be established.

Questions, cancellation and disputes

You can decline the quote without charge. If you ask us to stop after authorizing work, we will stop further work and explain any already completed, agreed outcomes and fees. Contact [email protected] promptly if you disagree with a result or charge so we can review the evidence. Nothing in these terms removes your applicable consumer rights.

Independent service

We are an independent service provider, not Google, a data broker, or a law firm. We do not control third-party websites or search engines. Our work follows available removal processes and the scope you approve.
